Privacy

The controller of your data is the person named on Contact.

We store the e-mail address you enter at checkout, to send you your private link and, if you set it to repeat, the e-mails about it.

We store the payment and subscription references provided by Stripe, to identify your payment if you write to us, and to charge and stop a repeating payment.

We process this data to deliver what you paid for (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and to keep payment records as the law requires (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not use cookies. We record page visits with the referring site, campaign parameters and a daily-rotating anonymous hash. The hash cannot be reversed and is not linked to payments. We do this to learn where visitors come from (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).

To stop automated abuse of the payment button, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser, and your IP address is counted for up to two hours, then deleted.

Our processors are Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, database, Turnstile) and Resend (e-mail). They may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

We keep payment records, with the e-mail address, for as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to the contact address. A payment record the law requires us to keep cannot be deleted before its time.

You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
